This website is operated by CAR COVERS CUSTOM LLC, doing business online as Car Covers Custom.

Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CAR COVERS CUSTOM LLC. We provide this website, including its information, products, tools, and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By accessing this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase our products.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

2. ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material intended to interfere with the operation or security of this website.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, or commercially use any part of this website without our prior written permission.

4. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Our car covers are made to order using the vehicle information selected or submitted by the customer.

Our made-to-order products are manufactured by an independent production partner in Asia. CAR COVERS CUSTOM LLC manages the online store, customer service, order review, product specifications, fulfillment coordination, returns, and after-sales support.

Product images are intended to represent the general appearance, materials, colors, and features of our products. Minor variations in color, stitching, texture, or appearance may occur because of lighting, screen settings, material production, or the made-to-order manufacturing process.

These minor variations do not automatically constitute a product defect unless they materially affect the product’s use, specifications, or agreed appearance.

5. VEHICLE INFORMATION AND FITMENT

Customers are responsible for reviewing the vehicle year, make, model, body style, and other information entered during checkout.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, corrections cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

If complete and accurate vehicle information was provided but the product does not fit because of a manufacturing, specification, or selection error made by us, the customer may choose a corrected replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

Fitment concerns caused by incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information submitted by the customer are treated as standard returns rather than manufacturing defects. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we determine that the order can be produced and fulfilled.

We may contact the customer to confirm vehicle information, delivery information, payment details, or other order specifications before production.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete:

• Contact information;

• Billing information;

• Delivery information;

• Vehicle information; and

• Other information required to manufacture and deliver the product.

Failure to respond to a necessary verification request may delay production or delivery.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours will receive a full refund. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for orders cancelled during this period.

After 24 hours, production may already have started. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after production begins or the order is shipped.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may wait for delivery and request a return under our Refund Policy.

8. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be shown during checkout when available.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

If a material pricing error is identified after an order is submitted, we will contact the customer and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payments are processed by the payment providers displayed during checkout. We do not independently store complete payment-card information.

9. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND TRACKING

Normal production time is 3–5 business days.

After production is completed, normal shipping time is 6–11 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is 9–16 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by peak seasons, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All orders currently qualify for free shipping.

Tracking information is sent after production is completed and the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to display its first carrier update.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. However, we will assist customers with delayed shipments and offer a replacement or refund when a package is confirmed lost.

10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after tracking shows that the order was delivered, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping.

If a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, incorrectly shipped, or has a confirmed fitment problem caused by our error, the customer may choose a corrected replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

When a return is required because of an error by Car Covers Custom, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse a reasonable tracked return cost approved by us in writing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

11. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER CONCERNS

Customers should include their order number and, when applicable, photographs or a short video showing the reported problem.

12. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, policies, delivery estimates, and other website information accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain a typographical, technical, pricing, or descriptive error. We may correct such errors and update website information when necessary.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate solution, including cancellation and a full refund when applicable.

Changes will not reduce the rights or remedies applicable to an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
